Firearm Storage Terms & Conditions
• Firearms are stored for an initial term of 6 months at $20 per month.
• At the end of the initial 6-month term, the customer must pay the remaining balance to continue storage at current rate.
• Upon payment, the customer may extend storage for an additional 6 months at $20 per month.
• If payment is not received on or before the 6-month due date, the storage rate will increase to $30 per month, retroactive to the start of the overdue period.
• If there is no contact, communication, or payment from the customer for a total of 12 months, the firearm will be considered forfeited and disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.
