It is retention adjustable to properly secure cuffs based on users' preference. It has a flared top that lets the user more easily insert handcuffs into the pouch. It comes shipped either with HSGI universal clips" or a dedicated PLM belt mount option. Also has a hole pattern that allows for diverse mounts and cants with other Comp-Tac accessories.
