Sporting Firearms
The importation of firearms into the United States is strictly regulated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Generally, only Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) can import firearms for commercial or personal use, while non-licensees must use an FFL to facilitate the process.

Approval of import license may take up to 8 weeks.
Disclaimer:
- Client must be legally allowed to own and posseses a fiream in the US.
- ATF Form 4473 will be filed and must be approved prior to transfering the firearm to client once firearm has been imported.

- Client is subject to duty, taxes, and fees that may arise in accordance to law.
