Sig Sauer SP2022

This pistol started life as a Sig Sauer SP2022 Nitro Carry. The original carry-size polymer pistol, inspired by the SIG classic line.
Inspired on the 2018 Sig Sauer 1911 Spartan 1 we created our own “Spartan” Series with the Masters at, A Really Bad Design (ARBD).
This is NOT a Cerakote Catalog color but rather a custom mix by ARBD.
The details are engraved and then filled with this awesome “gold-ish” color.
“Molon labe” is an ancient Greek phrase that translates to “come and take them”
The phrase is attributed to Spartan King Leonidas I in response to Persian King Xerxes I's demand that the Spartans surrender their weapons on the eve of the Battle of Thermopylae in 480 BC.

The SP2022 features a durable, lightweight and wear-resistant polymer frame with an integrated M1913 accessory rail. The SIG SAUER polymer framed pistols have earned an enviable reputation and proven track record of reliable performance in the hands of law enforcement professionals.
A manual safety – when engaged – is designed to mechanically prevent the firearm from discharging when the trigger is pressed, either intentionally or unintentionally. You should consider whether a manual safety on a handgun is right for you based on your experience level and intended use, keeping in mind best practices for safe firearms handling. It is possible for the trigger to be unintentionally pressed even under normal handling circumstances.
A manual safety is designed to augment, not replace, safe firearm handling practices. You are responsible to protect against unintentional trigger movement while carrying any firearm. Even if you elect to purchase a pistol equipped with a manual safety, you must ensure that the trigger is not contacted in any circumstance other than when you intend to fire the pistol, particularly if you elect to carry your pistol with a round in the chamber. If you have a round in the chamber and the trigger is pressed to the rear, the pistol will fire, absent an engaged manual safety.
