All firearm (handgun, longgun, serialized receivers) purchases require a background check, as mandated by law.
Miami-Dade County Waiting Period
Miami-Dade County has a 5 business day waiting period on firearm purchases, unless you qualify for a legal waiver. The waiver we accept, FL CCW.
No Florida Concealed Carry Permit? No Problem.
If you do not have a Florida Concealed Carry Permit, you can still purchase with confidence. Once your background check is submitted and approved by the proper authorities, you may take possession of your firearm 5 business days from the certification date.
Transfers from Other Dealers
If you purchase a firearm elsewhere and transfer it to our store, the following fees apply:
• $75 transfer fee per serialized item
• $25 background check fee
